End of Life for PHP 4

Chris Shiflett mentioned on his blog, which was subsequently featured on Reddit, that PHP 4 is officially no longer supported.

PHP 5 has been in wide deployment for a long time now, so there aren't many good reasons for continuing to work with PHP 4.  The Phrameworks CMF was made capable of running on PHP 5 late last year, and the newest versions are PHP 5 only.  After working primarily in PHP 5 for several months now, the advantages make supporting legacy PHP 4 applications anathema.

Castwide will continue to support PHP 4 for a while (our web servers support both 4 and 5), but we will probably make PHP 5 the default before the end of the year.
